Change the Default Facebook Live feed Setting

Change the Default Facebook Live feed SettingGoing  through  changes is a common nature of the social media giant Facebook. In the latest redesign Facebook added Live feed along with previously existing News feed. And  you can easily navigate between the News feed and Live feed by a single click.

News Feed is a “summary view of the most interesting activity that’s happened in the last day,” .News Feed automatically picks the stories it thinks are most important to you based on how many friends have liked and commented on them and various other factors.

Live Feed shows you  what’s happening now.  The Live Feed is not filtered and shows all the posts.  The cool thing is it will continue to update in real-time while you are logged in.

However, I would like to talk about a fact that most of the Facebook users are missing. Is the live feed shows you all of your friend’s update stories?

More clearly saying let, you have 980 friends  in your list. And you are thinking that all 980 friend’s updates are shown in your Live feed. Is it?

Actually not. Facebook’s default setting allows only 250 Friends to show updates in your Live feed. And these 250 friends are selected randomly. But you want to view all of your friend’s updates. Okay, There is a way to change the default Live feed setting & to increase the number of friends you want to view updates.

Follow the instructions below and make the changes on your Facebook.

1. Log in to your Facebook account.

2. On your Home page click “Most Recent” Link.

That doesn’t change anything. I put my maximum as high as it would let me (9999) and the home page will still start out with “Top News” instead of “Most Recent”. It also doesn’t show any more posts at one time no matter what that setting is.
